2. Understanding Target Colour Indicators in TrackAble

TrackAble uses colour-coded indicators to help you quickly understand whether a student is meeting their termly targets. These colours appear by default, but you can fully customise the percentage thresholds in your admin settings.

What Each Target Colour Means

TrackAble automatically assigns one of four colours based on a student’s performance against their termly target:

🔵 Dark Blue — Above Expected Target

  • The student is performing more than 10% above their termly target.

🟢 Green — On Target

  • The student is performing within the expected target range.

🟠 Orange — Just Below Target

  • The student is performing up to 10% below their termly target.

🔴 Red — Below Target

  • The student is performing more than 10% below their termly target.

Customising Percentage Thresholds

You can adjust the percentage bands for each colour to match your school’s assessment preferences.

How to Update Target Percentage Settings

  1. Go to Admin.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Navigate to Assessment.
  4. Update the percentage values for each colour band as needed.
  5. Click Save to apply your changes.
