97. What does the Interventions Report show?

The Interventions Report in TrackAble allows schools to view which pupils currently have interventions in place, along with the notes recorded for each intervention. This report supports monitoring of provision, review meetings, and evidence gathering.

What the Interventions Report Includes

The report provides:

  • A list of pupils with active interventions

  • Details and notes recorded against each intervention

This information helps staff understand the support being provided and review its impact.

Viewing and Exporting the Report

Once generated, the Interventions Report can be:

  • Viewed on screen within TrackAble

  • Exported as a PDF for sharing, meetings, or record-keeping

How to Run the Interventions Report

  1. Go to the Reports section in TrackAble

  2. Select Interventions Report

  3. View the report on screen or export it as a PDF
