The Behaviour Summary Report in TrackAble provides a clear overview of recorded behaviour incidents. It can be generated for an individual pupil, a group of pupils, or all pupils, making it useful for monitoring patterns, reviewing support strategies, and informing discussions with staff and external professionals.

What the Behaviour Summary Report Includes

For each recorded incident, the report displays key details such as:

  • Date of the incident

  • Time of the incident

  • Location

  • Incident overview and details

This allows staff to review behaviour events in context and identify trends over time.

Academic Year Options

  • The report can be run across multiple academic years

  • This supports longer-term analysis and comparison of behaviour data

Viewing and Exporting the Report

Once generated, the Behaviour Summary Report can be:

  • Viewed on screen within TrackAble

  • Exported as a PDF for sharing, meetings, or record-keeping

How to Run the Behaviour Summary Report

  1. Go to the Reports section in TrackAble

  2. Select Behaviour Summary Report

  3. Choose a single pupil, a group of pupils, or all pupils

  4. Select one or more academic years

  5. View the report on screen or export it as a PDF
