88. What does the stars report show?
The Stars Report in TrackAble shows how many stars a pupil has completed in each subject. It provides a clear overview of progress across assessment levels and helps staff quickly identify areas of achievement and development. This report is designed to be quick to run, easy to interpret, and flexible enough to support termly reviews, progress meetings, and reporting.
What the Stars Report Shows
-
The total number of stars completed by a pupil in each subject
-
Stars counted across all relevant levels, not just the current level
Example:
If a pupil has been baselined at P4, the report will include stars completed in P1, P2, P3, and P4.
Suppress Zero Counts
The Suppress Zero Counts option helps keep the report clear and focused.
-
When enabled, any subjects where the pupil has no recorded progress will be excluded
-
This is useful when sharing reports or focusing only on active areas of learning
Date Range Options
The Stars Report can be generated for:
-
A specific term
-
A single date
-
A custom date range
This flexibility allows you to analyse short-term progress or review attainment over longer periods.

Once generated, the report can be:
-
Viewed on screen within TrackAble
