The Pupil Assessment Screen Report in TrackAble provides a printable version of an individual pupil’s Assessment Screen. It is designed to give a clear, detailed record of assessment activity for review, moderation, and record-keeping.
What the Report Shows
The report includes:

All assessment statements
-
Completed stars
-
Any written evidence entered
-
Files and uploads linked to the assessment
This provides a full snapshot of a pupil’s assessment information for the selected subject.
Recommended Use
⚠️ Due to the large amount of information included in this report, we strongly recommend:

Running the report for individual pupils only

Selecting specific subjects rather than an entire assessment framework

Avoiding the “All Pupils” option
This will ensure the report remains clear, readable, and performs efficiently.
Viewing Evidence Dates
When viewing the report on screen:

The date evidence was entered will be displayed

This is only shown if “Hover over to display date” is enabled in
