80. How do I moderate with other schools?
TrackAble allows you to quickly create and share a moderation file directly from a Star Card. Moderation files bring together assessment statements and supporting evidence, making it easy to moderate judgements with colleagues within your school or with other schools.
Before You Start
Before creating a moderation file, make sure you have:

Entered written evidence

Added any relevant photographs or videos

Completed the required Star Card statement
How to Create a Moderation File

Open the required Star Card
-
Add or review all evidence (text, photos, or videos)

Click Moderation File at the bottom of the Star Card
TrackAble will automatically generate a ready-made moderation file.
What the Moderation File Includes
The moderation file will show:

Statements from the level below
-
The current level, with the assessed statement clearly highlighted

Statements from the level above
-
All evidence entered against the statement
This provides clear context for moderation decisions.
Sharing the Moderation File
Once generated, the moderation file can be:

Emailed directly from TrackAble
Files can be shared with:
