72. How do I change/correct the order of the levels in an assessment framework?

When you add a new assessment framework to TrackAble, it is important to check that the framework levels are in the correct order. Correct level ordering ensures accurate assessment, reporting, and progress calculations.

How to Check and Correct Level Order

  1. Go to Assessment Frameworks

  2. Select the required framework

  3. Open the Levels tab

  4. Check that the Sort Order runs correctly (1, 2, 3, and so on)

Fixing Incorrect Level Order

If the levels are not displaying in the correct order:

  1. Click and drag one level out of order

  2. Drag the level back into the correct position

  3. This action will automatically reset and save the correct level order

Confirm the Changes

To confirm the levels have been set correctly:

  1. Return to My List in Assessment Frameworks

  2. Reopen the same framework

  3. Go back to the Levels tab

  4. Check that the levels now display in the correct numerical order
