The Daily Assessment Report in TrackAble is designed to save time for teachers by making it easy to locate assessment evidence and Star Cards that need to be signed off.
Where to Find the Daily Assessment Report

Select Daily Assessment Report
What the Daily Assessment Report Is Used For
This report is particularly useful when:

A Teaching Assistant (TA) adds evidence or photographs to Star Cards during the day

The Star Cards are not marked as completed
-
A teacher needs to quickly find, review, and sign off this evidence
Instead of searching pupil by pupil, the report brings all relevant activity together in one place.
What the Report Shows
The Daily Assessment Report displays:

Assessment evidence added on the selected date(s)

Star Cards that contain new evidence
-
Items that still require teacher review or completion
Teachers can:

Open the Star Cards directly
-
Review evidence and photographs
-
Mark Star Cards as completed
Administrator Viewing Option
Administrators have access to an additional option:

Admin views all – allows admins to see assessment evidence added by all users, across all classes
This supports oversight, moderation, and quality assurance.
Date Range Options

The report can be run for a specific date range

If no date range is entered, the report will automatically display:

All assessment evidence added on that day

Viewing and Exporting the Report
The Daily Assessment Report can be:

Viewed on screen

Downloaded as an Excel file

Downloaded as a PDF
