66. What does the achievement report show?
The Achievement Report in TrackAble has been enhanced to give schools more flexibility when analysing pupil attainment and sharing data. You can now select multiple assessment frameworks and choose to have the report emailed directly to you or other recipients, allowing you to continue working in TrackAble while the report is generated.
Selecting Report Options
When running the Achievement Report, you can choose:
-
One or more pupils
-
Multiple assessment frameworks
-
The relevant academic years or year groups
If a large number of frameworks are selected, the report may take longer to generate due to the volume of data. The email option ensures you do not need to wait on screen.
Emailing the Achievement Report
Once your report options have been selected, you can choose who receives the report.
-
Use the “Email Summary To” drop-down list to select:
-
Staff members who have access to TrackAble
-
-
To email the report to someone not on TrackAble (for example, a parent or external professional):
-
Enter their email address in the “User Specified” box
-
The report will be sent once it has finished generating.
