63. What does the IEP summary report show?
The IEP Report in TrackAble provides a clear summary of how Individual Education Plans (IEPs) are being used and achieved across your school, supporting monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
What the IEP Report Shows
The report displays:
-
The total number of IEPs set
-
The total number achieved
-
The percentage of IEPs achieved
It then breaks this data down by:
-
Focus Area
-
IEP Status
For each focus area and status, the report shows:
-
The number of IEPs
-
The percentage of the total
This allows schools to quickly identify patterns and areas of strength or concern.
Important Customisation Information
TrackAble allows schools to fully customise the IEP form.
However, to generate the IEP Report:
-
The Focus Area field must remain enabled
-
The Status field must remain enabled
Note:
If either of these fields is switched off, the IEP Report will not be able to run.
