59. How do I view, print or email a behaviour incident on TrackAble
TrackAble allows you to easily view, print, and email Behaviour Incident records directly from the assessment screen, helping staff share accurate information with relevant colleagues, parents, and professionals.
How to Access the Behaviour Module

Open a pupil’s Assessment Screen

Click Behaviour from the left-hand menu
You will be taken to the Behaviour Module.
Viewing Behaviour Incidents
Within the Behaviour Module, you will see a list of all Behaviour Incidents that have already been recorded in TrackAble.

Locate the incident you want to view

Click the “Show” button next to the relevant Behaviour Incident
Understanding the Behaviour Incident Report
At the top of the report, you will see:

The TrackAble logo
-
Your school logo (if it has been uploaded by your TrackAble Administrator)
The main body of the report displays:
-
Full details of the Behaviour Incident
At the bottom of the report, TrackAble shows:
-
The name of the person who generated the file
-
The date and time the document was created
Emailing a Behaviour Incident

At the top of the report, enter the recipient’s email address in the “Email To” field
-
Click Go
The Behaviour Incident report will be sent directly to the recipient.
Printing or Saving as a PDF
To save the report as a PDF:

Click Print/PDF
-
On the print screen, change the destination to Save as PDF
-
Save the file to your device
To print the report:
-
Click Print/PDF
-
Select your printer from the drop-down list
-
Confirm printing
Adjusting Text Size on Screen
You can change how the report appears on screen by using:

+ to increase text size
-
– to decrease text size
This does not affect printed or PDF versions.
