55. What is included in the Pupil Profile Reports?

The Pupil Profile Report in TrackAble provides a clear, parent-friendly summary of a pupil’s attainment, progress, and support information across subjects and assessment frameworks. It is designed to be shared with parents at the end of a term or academic year, and can be customised to include or exclude specific information depending on your needs.

What the Pupil Profile Report Shows

For each assessment framework and subject, the report includes the pupil’s:

  • Current level
  • Progress so far this year
  • Progress across the key stage
  • Term, year, and key stage targets
  • A list of IEPs / EHCPs
  • A list of interventions

Additional Comment Sections

The report also includes optional comment boxes where schools can add information about:

  • Attendance
  • Attitude to learning
  • Additional comments or notes

These sections allow schools to provide wider context alongside assessment data.

When Can the Report Be Run?

The Pupil Profile Report can be generated for:

  • A full academic year, or
  • A specific date range

This makes it suitable for termly reports or end-of-year summaries.

Customising the Report Content

TrackAble allows you to tailor the report by excluding specific sections.

Exclude Progress Figures

If you do not want to include numerical progress data:

  1. Tick Exclude Progress Figures
  2. The report will instead show a coloured status box indicating progress against targets:
  • Red – Below target
  • Amber – Just below target
  • Green – On target
  • Blue – Exceeding target

This option is useful for parent-friendly reporting.


Exclude Targets

If you do not want targets shown:

  • Tick Exclude Targets
  • All pupil targets will be removed from the report

 

Exclude IEP / EHCP

If you do not wish to include IEP or EHCP information:

  • Tick Exclude IEP/EHCP
  • All related targets and details will be removed

 

Exclude Interventions

If you do not want interventions included:

  • Tick Exclude Interventions
  • Intervention details will not appear on the report

 

Viewing and Exporting the Report

The Pupil Profile Report can be:

  • Viewed on screen
  • Exported as a PDF
  • Exported into Word

This allows you to share the report digitally or edit it further if required.
