51. Deleting an IEP in TrackAble

There may be times when you need to completely remove an IEP from TrackAble. This article explains how to safely delete an IEP and what to consider before doing so.

⚠ Important Warning Before You Delete

Deleting an IEP will permanently remove all data associated with that IEP.
Once deleted, the information cannot be restored, even by the TrackAble Team.

Only delete an IEP when you are certain it is no longer needed.

 

How to Delete an IEP

Follow the steps below to permanently remove an IEP from a pupil’s record:

1. Open the IEP List

Navigate to the pupil’s IEP list and locate the IEP you wish to delete.

2. Open the Delete Menu

  1. Click the down arrow to the right of the Edit button.

  2. Select Delete from the drop-down menu.

3. Confirm the Deletion

TrackAble will display a confirmation message asking whether you are sure you want to delete the IEP.

  • Click OK to confirm the deletion

  • Click Cancel if you do not want to proceed

4. Deletion Confirmation

If you clicked OK, TrackAble will display a message confirming that the IEP has been successfully deleted.
