16. How to Add Evidence to Multiple Stars at Once in TrackAble

TrackAble allows you to add the same piece of evidence (text, photos, videos, or files) to multiple stars at the same time, saving you time and ensuring consistency. Follow the steps below to enable and use this feature.

Step 1: Enable Multi-Star Selection

Before you can add evidence to multiple stars, you must switch on the feature.

  1. Go to Admin.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Navigate to Assessment.

  4. Enable the option Allow selection of multiple stars.

  5. Click Save.

Once enabled, you can multi-select stars directly from the assessment screen.

 

Step 2: Select Multiple Stars

  1. Go to the Assessment screen.

  2. Right-click with your mouse on the stars you want to select.

  3. Highlight all the stars you want to apply the same evidence to.

  4. A button labelled Add Evidence will appear.

 

Step 3: Add Your Evidence

  1. Click Add Evidence.

  2. A Star Card will open.

  3. Add any combination of:

    • Text notes

    • Photos

    • Videos

    • Attachments/files

  4. Once finished, click Save.

The evidence will automatically be copied to every star you selected.

 

Step 4: Cancel if Needed

If you change your mind before saving:

  • Click Cancel to close the Star Card without applying any evidence.
